Makes me sick to my stomach. Absolute power definitely absolutely corrupts. The parish I grew up in, the head priest was an alcoholic, protected by the nuns. Once he retired the young priest that took his place partied at our neighbors every weekend and impregnated one of the nuns. That's just a couple of the things that soured me on "the church."
